Dear Tim,
Thank you, we were able to pick up ERZIKA yesterday evening (of local time) at airport in Prague.
She was in good health and it looked like that she had had a very good time during the transport.
There were some minor problems at Customs but it was due to the fact that the officials were not very familiar with such situation (importation of a pet Guinea Pig from Canada to Prague).
All your provided documents were absolutely OK, so we were able to explain it and solve it easily.
We will send you some pictures of ERZIKA in the next days, today we are extremely busy with all the paperwork which is necessary in the Czech Republic after the arrival from the longer stay in Canada.
Thank you so much for your great help with the relocation of ERZIKA from Montreal to Prague.
