After many months of hesitations, discussions, photos sessions, proof reading in French and in English, assistance from our clients, friends and employees, we finally completed our 2016 BUSINESS CARDS-FLYERS and REFERRAL CARDS.

Our specially designed BUSINESS CARDS-FLYERS, which includes 32 pictures of our various services and is folded into a business card size, is a very expensive project and is very time consuming. Every picture involved a photo session to best represent a specific service. As much as possible, we try to involve many of our employees and show all the species of pets we board at our facilities. Then, once the many successive proofs have been corrected and approved by all, we must pay the printing and the expensive unique gate folding of each card.

Our new REFERRAL CARDS, has been designed to allows our CURRENT CLIENTS, to claim savings on the next time they use our services. Each REFERRAL CARD has two parts which carry the same number.

We keep a LOG BOOK of the REFERRAL CARD number given to our clients. A current client could share half of a referral card with a family member, a friend, colleague or a stranger he meets with a pet.

 

Once the NEW CLIENT uses our services, the CURRENT CLIENT will receive a $20.00 rebate the next time they use our services. A current client can give many referral cards and receive several $20.00 rebates, one for each new client referred who use our services.

 

The NEW CLIENT will also receive a rebate of $20.00 when they present their referral card to our front desk. For Manoir Kanisha, this represents an investment of $40.00 per referral card. We feel this discount is a good investment for every new client that use our services. We are convinced that once a NEW CLIENT try our services they will continue to come back and will become regular clients of Manoir Kanisha.

 

The cost of the two projects above were only possible because our frequent user clients agreed to invest in our  BONUS PLAN.

What is our BONUS PLAN INVESTMENT?

For those clients who use our services on a regular basis or who have many animals to board at the same time, we offer them the opportunity to invest a certain amount into Manoir Kanisha and in return, we provide a nice rebate and guarantee that they will always have a space in our facilities. The rebate level depends on the level of the amount they invest in our company. The larger the investment, the larger is the BONUS offered.

DISTRIBUTION of our BUSINESS CARDS-FLYERS:

Now that we have completed our business cards and they are printed, the task of distributing them is just starting. We are devoted to placing our BUSINESS CARDS-FLYERS in all the VETERINARY CLINICS and hospitals in the greater Montreal area. Then, we plan to use Canada Post to mail them in very specific postal codes. This is a very expensive process. We have to be very careful to mail them where there are pet owners, close to dog parks… etc.

Can you assist us?

If you know of a place at YOUR WORK, or a PLACE OF BUSINESS, where we could place our BUSINESS CARD-FLYERS ACRYLIC DISPLAY, let us know the name on the owner or manager, telephone number, address and postal code. We will call them and deliver our BUSINESS CARD DISPLAY.

Can you verify if YOUR VETERINARIAN displays our BUSINESS CARDS-FLYERS? Let us know and we will bring them an acrylic display.

Do you know of a busy DOG PARK in your area? Let us know the address of a home close by, so we can MAIL our BUSINESS CARDS-FLYERS in the POSTAL CODE ROUTES in this area.
