Subject: BINKY our beloved cat
Dear Tim,
BINKY just arrived home in Tel Aviv, about 40 minutes ago. He was in great shape when he arrived. I was so relieved! He was clean and alert and looking pretty comfortable in his cage, although I think he was happy to get out.
After I let him out, he spent a few minutes enjoying lots of petting from us and checking out the room, he drank and ate a little, and then he went into his old cat bed that we brought with us and went right to sleep (as you can see in the picture). Sharon (your contact at destination) was great about staying in touch with me through BINKY’s arrival process, arranging his delivery on time right to our home and giving me advice about how to help him recover from the trip.
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the diligent and professional work you and your staff did to make BINKY’s journey as smooth as possible. I don’t know how we could have done it without you. The reassurance of having someone experienced to make sure that the paperwork was complete and someone kind to take care of BINKY in the hectic days before his flight was so appreciated.
Having witnessed the complexity of your work and the quality of the service you provide I really think that it was worth every penny and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone thinking of bringing their pet overseas.
A big thank you from me, Ilya and, of course, from BINKY!
All the best, Jessica A.-S.
