I really appreciate your follow up email – thanks.
Arthur seems fine today; fortunately my cats don’t go outside. I would certainly not expect anyone to be at work to groom during a comfort stop, between midnight and 05h00am! Thank you so much.
I should have thought to cut their nails in advance. The vet who certified them ready for travel, should have cut their nails short before their flight.
They both snuggled with us last night in bed and seem very happy and adjusting. Arthur is on my lap now.
That’s so kind of you to touch base so quickly and take such interest.
I have been so impressed by your level of service, attention and knowledge.
Clearly you love what you do and you do it very well!
