Tim, Manager of our Pet Relocation division,  constructed the new CR 82 Flight Kennels in solid wood to meet IATA specifications.

Air Canada now requires that we relocate all the potentially aggressive dogs in this very strong container. As required by the IATA Live Animal Regulations (LAR), these crates must be constructed with HEAT TREATED timber and not with plywood.

This morning at 04:30am, I (Nicole) was at Air Canada Cargo to supervised the relocation of a Pit Bull named BOSS, in this special type of CR 82 flight kennel. The owner purchased her CR 82 travel crate many weeks ago to make sure that BOSS became very comfortable in his air travel room.

The early morning Air Canada cargo employees were quite impress by such an extra-strong travel crate. “BOSS” did not seem to appreciate the shredded paper bedding just added in it before his departure.
