As with humans, our cats live much longer than they used to. This comes from several factors such as better nutrition, more exercise, better veterinary care, owners improved observation of their behavior as their best friend grows older, etc.
At Manoir Kanisha we offer special care for the comfort of older cats. We will modify their space by removing the shelves, thus avoiding dangerous jumping for very old cats.
We follow the owner’s instructions regarding any special geriatric diet, more frequent meals, close supervision, specific medication (insulin injections for diabetic cats) and any other special requirements.
