Knowledgeable, caring, professional and experienced handlers. My German Shepard is not the easiest, can be aggressive with strangers and dogs. The staff accepted and nurtured her along beautifully. Walking her several times a day, playing in the agility coarse as well. My dog’s needs were assessed throughout the stay and adapted to what was best for her. Open communication and visits were welcomed and the staff does everything possible to accommodate the pet and owner. The follow up call the next day after returning home to check on my dogs adjustment and well being…excellent! Bottom line….my dog was very happy and delighted when returning.
