Hello Tim!
We’ve all made it safely across the pond!
It was actually remarkably easy; we arrived at the animal collection center, the CITES representative took our bird MIDNA’s importation license (CITES II), then told us it would be a couple of hours to process the paperwork. So we went and had lunch.
When we got back, it was about a half hour and then everyone arrived. MURAT had apparently suffered a bit of a “smelly accident”, but the lovely folk at the center were kind enough to give him a bath. Besides that, all of them were hale and hearty. Here are some pictures taken in our new flat.
