Dog Pick up and/or Delivery

We offer a personalized service for the pickup or delivery of your animal, many days a week.  This service must be booked and planned in advance.

The costs of pickup and delivery depend on the distance of the postal code of your residence from that of Manoir Kanisha (H9P 2W6).  The distance is determined on the Mapquest website. We charge by the kilometer in each direction.  For example, if we pick up your dog at a postal code that is located 75 km from Manoir Kanisha, you would be charged 2 x 75 km = 150 km.

We charge a basic flat fee for all transportation done within the Island of Montreal. We charge a basic flat fee of $115.00 (pick up or delivery) for any transport of one animal. Each additional animal will be charged an extra $50.00. At your choice, we can use your crate or our comfortable and secure travel crate. This rate includes the procedure to disinfect the travel crate between the transport of each animal.

Pickups and deliveries have to be planned in advance.  We cannot be in two places at once.  Additional fees of $47/hour are charged if you need services outside our business hours (8:00 am-6:00 pm).  During our opening hours, we charge only the distance fee.  For the well-being of your dog, it is better to avoid the rush-hour traffic in the Montreal town center.

We use comfortable vehicles that are heated or air-conditioned (depending on the season). Our travel crates will be selected according to the size of your pet.  The vehicle would be chosen in proportion to the kennel size or the number of crates to be transported.  If we have to rent a special vehicle to collect many animals, the rental costs would be added to the distance fee.

For Laval or South-Shore the basic flat fee is $145.00/transport.

For the transport of every additional animal, in a separate crate, an additional fee of$50 is added (independently of the species or the distance).  This fee allows for extra manipulation, crate cleaning, and disinfection.

Please book your transportation needs at the same time as booking your boarding.  We can only provide so many transportation services per day.

Payment: when we pick up or deliver a pet, the fees are calculated and charged to your VISA or MASTERCARD before departure from Manoir Kanisha. We will call you to confirm the total fees for all your requested services.

We suggest that you do not feed your animal at least 4 hours before pickup Your pet could vomit a recent meal whilst road traveling.  Your best friend will have access freely to water during transport.
