WEST PALM BEACH/FLORIDA-MONTREAL-NEWFOUNDLAND
I was very worried about shipping my 3 cats, Lenny, Tigger and Sushi from West Palm beach Florida to our new residence in Newfoundland, Canada. Not only would it take 2 days for them to arrive via air cargo, but they would also have to spend the night in Montreal.
Air Canada Cargo informed me that they recommend Manoir Kanisha in Montreal for overnight boarding. They gave me the contact information for Tim Harris. I called him immediately and am happy that I did. Tim had great knowledge about customs and immigration procedures. He directed me on the best way to prepare the cats for travel and about the required paper documentation.
Over a span of 3 weeks I was in contact with Tim trouble shooting potential problems and completing every required documents. On the day of Travel I spoke to him 3 times to make sure things happened according to plan.
I was contacted when the cats arrived and departed Montreal.
I couldn’t have been happier with Manoir Kanisha.
They made the transition much smoother than I could have anticipated.
