A few weeks before departure, the owners of these two animals bought their flight kennels at Manoir Kanisha and decided to use our Pet Relocation Services to move his best friends from Montreal to UK. AIRES, their Labrador-X, refused to enter his newly purchased Air Travel crate and he was very nervous about it. This worried and nervous owner was considering not taking his best friends with him.
He called us and we suggested that he follow our 6-STEPS Travel Crate Training program. He trained his dog and cat on a daily basis. Both animals were well trained and as a result, their relocation from Montreal to UK was very successful. Below is their owner’s message upon their arrival in UK:

Thank you for looking after them so well and for a job well done.
Two weeks prior to the flight Aries had developed a minor ear yeast infection which I had been treating. As a precaution, I am seeing a vet in London later today.
