It was with a heavy heart that my family and I brought “BABE” to Manoir Kanisha, for an 11 days stay after our usual sitters bailed. The staff inspired confidence and we felt much, much better when we left.
The staff member who took my call patiently listened to my concerns and when we arrived Mrs. MacDuff (the president) warmly greeted us. She introduced us to key members of her staff, gave us a tour of the operation and did everything possible to reassure us.
The facility was clean and had no foul smells. I got the sense that the staff genuinely cared.
I would have been satisfied with that but when Mrs. MacDuff herself sent us an email the next day advising us of how well BABE was doing, it solidified our impression. It’s a huge relief having found this place.
Special thanks to Mrs. MacDuff and her staff for accommodating us, understanding our concerns and going above and beyond the call of duty.
I cannot thank you enough, you didn’t just take care of BABE, you took care of me and my father. I have to say I was worried about him. He is a softie and I could almost see tears in his eyes when we brought her but when we left and he asked me if I felt like going for ice cream… it was all the reassurance I needed. I will pray for your continued success.
