From the day we started correspondence to the time I collected my three dogs, my experience with Tim and Nicole was seamless.
They are true animal lovers, know the business backwards and with all of this knowledge and compassion, they made me feel comfortable at every turn.
The service was brilliant and I got daily telephone calls from them telling me how my three babies were doing.
Nicole met me 180 km’s West of Montreal and ensured my journey back to Toronto would be safe and comfortable. She even gave me three comfortable blankets to put on my car seats.
