A very special guest!
At the present time we have a very special guest at Manoir Kanisha. It is a very large adult male GREEN IGUANA. We have listen very carefully to its owner’s instructions and we follow all her recommendations. A cat condo, away from the other felines, has been modified to provide the best environment for GREEN BEAN.
We installed climbing branches, high level shelves, heathing lamps, large warm water bath, bowls of fruits and various lettuce leaves sprayed with water to keep them humid and crisp… etc. A few pictures of his environment, will provide a better understanding of our transformed feline condo.
Although GREEN BEAN looks heavy, bulky and clumzy to the untrained eye, we were amazed to observe him climb up to the top of his 6 feet high vertical wire door of his condo and skillfully climb down. He is strong, powerful, fast and very agile. He becomes very quiet when we place him in his warm bath. He seems to really enjoy the warm water.
His exceptional conformation and rich colors captivates us. All our employees enjoys petting and holding him. Luckily GREEN BEAN is very tamed. It is obvious that his owner provide him with lots of companionship and daily manipulation.
This unusual pet is giving us such enjoyment.
Quiet at times, he becomes lively and determined to reach his next climbing objective.
We hope that his stay at Manoir Kanisha will be as memorable as it is for all of us.
He is most welcome to comeback any times his owner has to go out of town.
