After several fruitless attempts, our lovely TESSALTO’S FABEE has produced three magnificent puppies, two sable females, and a black and tan male. The mother (TESSALTO’s FAABEE/Alectra) and father (TESSALTO’s ARNAUD) and all three puppies are doing very well.
This was not an easy birth. We had to undergo a cesarean section to remove a very large male puppy that had already died in the passage and block the road for the other puppies to come out. Our thanks to Dr Lucie Henault who agreed to lose half her night’s sleep to come to our assistance.
Nicole MacDuff started to be involved in breeding German Shepherd in 1970 (45 years ago). This is our TESSALTO’S iiii litter. Each puppy will carry a name starting with the letter “I” such as TESSALTO’s IKKO, TESSALTO’s ISIS… etc.
